Why the yankees got shut out and lost today

1. Impatient, they swung at all of Davis' pitches out of the zone

2. Did not take proper approach against puss sack davis- should be hitting ball up the middle.

3. Yankees play down to their opponent like most egotistical primadonna squads.


Doug Davis has a WHIP of 1.86, an ERA of 5.90 and he is 0-5 with his longest outing of 6 innings.

This is amazing. DOUG DAVIS COULD NOT WIN A SINGLE GAME IN THE NCAA DIVISION I COLLEGE WORLD SERIES!

Yet his is throwing a 2 hit shutout against the hottest offensive team in the world right now.
