PUMWUMI Season Long MLB Thread
Having decent results so far this season so decided to post predictions with analysis the rest of the season and have a record of our wins and losses documented.
Square play of the week

Know this is the squarest play on the board but cant convince me to throw money on the Cubs especially during a friday day game.The red hot Yankees our playing their best baseball as of late without the distractions of Derek Jeter approaching 3000 hits. The Yankees are 6-1 without Jeter and have scored 51 runs with a .570 slugging percentage. Freddy Garcia is 4-0 with a 1.47 ERA in six career starts against the Cubs. Could go on and on with why the Yankees should win this game but ill cut it short just by saying they are playing the CUBS. If Doug Davis can notch his first win after losing 6 straight starts against the Cubs then i can live with that loss.
