The line is Det -128; why does this seem so low?

Obviously Cleveland is a sinking Ship (5-15 L20) and Detroit is charging (13-7 L20).

Over the last 28 Days Cleveland's offense had talllied a paltry 220/285/341 slash line and tallied barley over 3 runs per game

The last 14 have been worse with a 188/253/283 line and less than 2 runs per game.

Detroit plays even better at home (21-13) compares well with Cleveland poor road showing (15-18).

Carmona has been a wreck this year from all angles road 7g 1-5 6.64ERA, 1.57Whip and last 7 games 0-5 7.07ERA 1.48 WHIP.

Penny may be the hidden gem here to boot.
Last 7: 5-2 3.57ERA 1.32WHIP and at home 7 games 2.83ERA, 1.11WHIP

I got a little money on this game for Detroit on the ML and another bet for them to cover the RL. I think +165 RL seems like a solid price to put like 30% of what I intend to bet on this game for Detroit to cover and the rest on the ML.

The way Cleveland is playing right now is terrible and I don't expect much from Carmona. Penny has pitched well lately and solid at home throwing to a lineup of hitters that can't seem to get going right now in the Cleveland Indians.

I'm staying clear of the o/u 9 line. I'm just not confident which way to go on that.
