Does someone have info on how often teams are able to avoid a 3 or 4 game sweep??

It is completely arbitrary. Don't focus on this too much.

i was looking into this as well, was thinking of coming up with a system that either chases or only plays teams that have lost 2/3 already in a series or 3/4 etc. looking to avoid a sweep, it seems like sweeps are much rarer than teams avoiding the sweep but ill look into this a little more
