Betting Run/No Run in the 1st Inning

Anybody bet these successfully?

Besides the obvious: wind blowing in/out at Wrigley, stud pitchers pitching in a pitchers park, two gas cans going at it in a hitters park...what do you guys look for in betting run/ no run in the 1st inning?

Dont worry, these are quite proftable bets. I think u'll be fine as long as you know a bit about baseball stats. Look for pitcher vs the top 3 of the lineup and make a bet according to the numbers
