I'm unsure how much they're bumping up his pitch limit, but I would say the first 5 is a better bet for anyone sick enough to lay this price on Joba at this point.
If he struggles at all, he will not last long esp. being a KO type of pitcher who gets into lots of long at bats to begin with, and you simply cannot trust the Yankee bullpen unless the Yankee bats smoke Greinke.
