    Brian Bannister in daylight
You guys betting the Yanks, remember that Bannister is a daylight thrower. This year he's 5-1 and 2.16 in 41 daylight innings.

Yeah. But statistics like that I feel are more of coincidences than meaningful data. His ERA versus the Yanks during the 2006 and 2007 seasons is a 12.60. He is also awful on the road, posting an 8.44 ERA.

Yes but when you are looking at a +177 dog, little things like this become more meaningful.

Looks like he's been horrible on the road though. I took the Yanks runline.

Gonna stay away from this one... If Bannister can manage to hold the Yanks to 1 run the Royals gonna win, but I don't think the Royals can produce more than max 3 runs today.. But im with LT, with that line Royals or no play..

under is the play, these teams haven't posted many runs in any of the meetings this season. I look for that to continue today.

Line jumped from NYY -185 to -195. I don't trust this one.

You also have to think about how the Royals pulled off their win yesterday. It seemed very lucky. Especially when Giambi got called out on strikes when he clearly checked his swing. That would have loaded the bases and the Yankees could have taken the lead in that inning. The Royals won by very little yesterday. I wouldn't be able to lay any kind of money on Bannister since he is facing a very streaky offense that can come alive at any time.
