Took the over on phils/dodgers last night, expecting a big game back

wind is out, but it's not terribly strong, about 10 mph, so a factor but not a major factor. i use a formula (xFIP and such) that predicts total number of runs for a game, and even with a bump to account for the wind, the formula comes up with around 8 runs. a big part of that is probably that Morrow's xFIP is appreciably lower than his ERA, and that Paulino's only start was solid. when you add that the public's on the over but the under is getting juiced, and KC's offense is in a bit of a funk (8 runs last five games), i like the under.
