I really like both of these games alot and I would appreciate a devils advocate view from anyone if possible. Cleveland just lost 4 straight to a good Texas team and i think theyll want to start this series against the twins off alot better. Oakland got swept in boston but they played them tough, baltimore is not on the same level and gio has done well against them. Thanks for anyones insight!

#3Always happy to play devils advocate.
cle. all i can say is do you really wanna lay that kind of juice on a team that has been regressing back to what they should have been all along? Maybe they get a much needed W here but just like it took a long time for lines to catch up to them now that they have i just dont see much value in laying -150ish on a team that will more than likely play under .500 ball the rest of the way.
Oak last win came finishing off a 3 gm home sweep of this same balt team, now balt catches them on a bad little slide with some revenge on their minds. No doubt that Bal does not like lhp which is probably the only reason im not touching them in this one (well that and they suck), but i dont think there will be a lot of times Matusz will be this short at home now that he is back, the kid is a stud and once he re-establishes himself it wont be this cheap to back him. Go back and look what the kid did from aug on last season, i didnt see anything from his 1st start to think he wont continue to do the same going forward.
Like i said not playing the bal/oak gm, just dont think fading Matusz is a great idea. Played minny already cause im riding the fade tribe train until they string together a few wins and make me pay for it. GLComment -

#4I agree, the Twins are hot right now after a 4 game sweep of the Royals. The Indians on the other hand were on the wrong side of a 4 game sweep in Texas. Besides the Indians fast start, the Twins have always played there division rival tough. While dwelling in the bottom of the central the Twinkies look to make some ground .Scott Baker vs. Josh Tomlin is almost a wash, although Tomlin has started nicely this year he has been giving up more runs of late. I like the Twins @ 2.35 .Comment -

#5yeah i understand the twins are hot but they have no one... everyone seems to be injured. You have to believe most of these bench players are going to go back towards the median with their skillsComment -
