Day or Night?

I am fooling around on all the stats you can find on covers.com
I can see the difference in pitchers stats on Day games and Night games.. But when is it Day and when is it Night??
I live in europe, so i don't know so much about it Can anyone help me?

7 PM = night or day???
8 PM = night or day??
9 PM = night or day?

1pm, 4pm Eastern time is day.
7pm, 10pm Eastern time is night/evening.

I am just checking a matchup.. Then go "In depth" on the pitchers..

N = Night
