Just how low can you go? (mlb totals)

Some seriously low totals being set in bases with consistency, and many of them are hitting. Anyone have data for under/over results for totals set at 5.5, 6, and 6.5? Or any valuable input on this topic?

I am playing Houston under, Seattle under and Arizona under with a play on the Nationals. Also a 1H play on Dallas +2.5 in nba.
