What sites do you use for your MLB capping
most of you might have seen this before. But I just fonud this today and find it to be very useful. http://mlb.mlb.com/mlb/schedule/

Mouseover any pitcher and it gives you a paragraph of info on either recent outings or their last outing. Good summary. Has stats like "allowed 4 earned runs or more in his last 5 starts"

but whats with the rest of the sites, especially sportrends which looks like a pure handicapper site. you really use these other ones?
