Stl +145 underdogs?

What the hells going on? Is there something I'm missing. How is stl underdogs against a scrub team with a scrub pitcher... Any thoughts?

Its seems a little high of a price but the cards have struggled in colorado lately. Also im sure the oddsmakers are aware of Ubaldo regaining form lately. However, if anyone can knock him out its the cards. Seems like too high of a price to lay on colorado but if you like the cards then its good value obviously. Westbrook has been solid lately and on the road this year.
