      I cried when I read this this morning. Of course it had to happen in the middle of a public debate over whether the kid should continue to be the catcher and continually put his health at risk.

              Saddest day ever. I'd venture to say even a worse moment than watching Spezio hit the HR in game 6 2002 WS. Absolutely horrifying moment that will unfortunately live forever in my memory. Flags half mast today. No bets placed.
