Not everything went accordingly to plan with all my bets. Mets/Cubs game got called in the 7th but Gee (No pun intended) seemed to be having his stuff despite a stint in the first inning. Cubs relief need to throw a strike down the plate next time. Giants had some late inning bats to cover the team total and Angels showed up against Cahill. Rather disappointing start as I feel it could have gone either way for me but still confident in my long-term results. Glad to see the Reds covering the +1.5 spread as I hoped for but boy was it long. (I stopped watching after a while, and I'm sure many of you did as well)
For today:
Royals Over 3.5 Runs (-114)
Mets/Cubs Over 6.5 (-115)
With Mets bats picking up and Zambrano struggling, it's hard to see this line at 6.5 with these two pitchers. I think Cubs find a solution to this knuckleballer this time around.
Red Sox/Tigers Under 8.5 (-120)
