Can someone explain to me why ever ballpark on the west coast are designed to have low scoring games. Did the owners who built them not understand that low scoring games lead to low attendance. I like a pitchers duel as much as anyone, but these parks are just awful to watch night in and night out. I don't enjoy watching bums sport a 3.50 era when they should be more like a 5.00 era pitcher.
