I was reading a thread here a couple of days ago about going against the consensus pick and it gave me an idea. For fun, on the ESPN Baseball Message Board, I run a contest called "Pick The Road Teams" where everybody participating picks 3 road teams that they think will win. I went back the last 15 days to find the most picked team for each day. The most popular team for each day has gone 4-11 in that time span. So, I'm going to fade the most popular pick each day and see how it turns out. Knowing my luck, these guys will probably get it right now, but I'm going to try it anyway and see what happens.
