Maybe over is the play here (although I rarely play overs). Considering Vazquez has been awful this year, especially during the day, and the Rays obliterated him in 2010.

I'm taking Florida just because you get a team with one of the best records in baseball at +150, but to say Vazcan is "going to do good today" is a pretty big stretch. The guy is awful. I'd settle for 6 IP and 3 ER, then take my chances from there.
