I just watched the top of the 9th inning on the archived game feature of MLBtv out of curiousity to see how it happened.
Well, I think I might have killed myself if I had bet Kansas City....
5 runs in the top of the 9th with 2 outs!!!!! You have to be kidding me. I got unlucky with the Dodgers tonight but this more than made up for it....but the LAD blew a 1 run lead, on the road, and to a good team....but this is just plain unacceptable.Comment -

Right...this why I tend to appreciate sports like tennis a little bit more b/c you get paid on how well you do. Very little money guaranteed in the sport.
But quite frankly, that was disgusting. What is wrong with the KC manager? They didn't put in Soria b/c he pitched 2 innings last night and threw 31 pitches. This after Zack Greinke threw 117 pitches tonight You'd think that you'd do anything to stop a 9 game losing streak
Some managers are just brain dead I am convinced. Maybe they should institute a policy where fans vote online for managerial decision (i.e. what pitcher to bring in, who to pinch it, when to steal, etc....).Comment -
