    Mets vs Marlins-----David Wright OUT
Don't know if it's old news, but apparently Wright has a stress fracture in his back. I'm hoping a lot of money pours into Florida and the value for the Mets keeps getting better and better.. I promise D.Wright's name is much more important than his production.

Mets own Josh Johnson. Line is only -150 for a reason. Wouldn't be surprised to see Mets take this one

              The Mets own Johnson??

5/16/2011 7:10 PM MLB Baseball 907 Florida Marlins* -151 vs New York Mets
              J Johnson - R Listed M Pelfrey - R Listed
              Risking $1,102.30 To Win $730.00

The Marlins are going to take advantage of the Mets tonight. JJ is on the hill is 8-1 against the Mets. The Marlins are 11-7 away and Mets 8-11 at home.

Lifetime the Fish are batting .339 against Pelfrey.
Lifetime the Mets are batting .234 against JJ.

I look at David Wright's back fracture as a non-factor simply because he's sucked as of late. Jose Reyes is batting .160 lifetime against JJ and Carlos Beltran .192. Let's just say this game could be 9 innings of shut out ball.

Weather: Wind blowing in 9 mph some light shower

Johnson chokes in Citi Field. Check his stats out in Citi Field last year.. 8 ER over 10 innings. He can't pitch there.

He had one fluke game at Citi Field where he probably got laid by two playboy models the night before and stayed out all night...

I don't know how you can survive as a good capper if you only look at one fluke start. Over the last 3 years Johnson is AWAY: 16-6 with a 3.39 ERA
                  NIGHT: 22-9 with a 2.80 ERA
                  GRASS: 32-12 with a 2.92 ERA

To say he chokes at Citi Field is stupid because he's pitched lights out at every other major ballpark in the MLB. There is no such thing as a lock and the Marlins may very well lose tonight but its still the best value on the board.

if johnson pitches the entire game they have a shot, if he doesn't stick your head between your legs and watch the bullpen kiss your ass goodbye

JJ is due for a road win but his track record thus far sucks. He is always a chalky road fav, pitches 6-7 innings and then somehow the pen blows it.

Everyone look at his stats last year at Citi, not too impressive..but also look who hit him hard..Barajas, Pagan, Wright, Francouer

All players who won't be in lineup tonight

There are rumors that both Pelfrey and Johnson already warmed up but the grounds crew are struggling trying to get the diamond playable. So much for my no score in the first inning bet.
