Braves are swining the bat fairly well. They've blown a few games the last few days and as much as they've stunk that, it's all part of something teams go through. This is a good spot for braves to really blow out the phillies and not even worry about blowing a game. Jurrjens has been great. Blanton's last outing wasn't sharp at all and his velo has been down. Phillies and Blanton admitted that he is not 100% going into this game but giving him the ball anyway to see if he can work through his kinks. Wrong time for Blanton to do that against the braves team due to blow a division foe out of the water. Perfect spot today

I feel that with Jurrjens on the mound who has a high probability to give me a quality start is worth it going against a pitcher who's on the day to day list and who's not throwing sharp at all. It's not like just that heyward and mccann not being in the line up is automatic outs.. Someone needs to play for those 2, and as long as Blanton poops his pitches they have just as good of a chance to swing the back and hit the ball.. Still makes it a very good value in my opinion
