Why did Volstad open +110 vs. Gorzelanny?

Same question here. Florida is a much better team. True, Nationals is at home, and Gorzelanny has been pitching well, while Volstad has not. But overall the starter advantage by Washington is much smaller than implied and it should be a pick'em, not a -115 for Washington.
