Thanks to a 6* win on Boston -1.5 yesterday.
Friday Night:
4* Florida -1.5 (+115)
2* Boston Over 3.5 Runs -120
2* Detroit -1.5 (+120)
1* Arizona +128
1* St. Louis +111
1* Tampa Bay -134
The Marlins have won by 2 or more runs in 6 of 9 of Olsen's starts. And the Giants have lost by 2 or more runs in 8 of 9 of Zito's starts.
Boston has a hot offense right now. They have faced Harden twice this season and lost 1-5, then won 5-0 a week later. Although Boston has only got 1 run off of Harden. Wakefield will give up runs and Boston will get back into the game even if it means Oakland's bullpen giving up some runs.
Detroit swept Seattle in their last three games as they are finally getting it together, and I think Mauer is out still? Mauer came in for a pinch hit in yesterday's game but I'm not sure about his status.
According to Statfox, and Mofome's write-up:
Play On
Road teams (ARIZONA)
top level team, outscoring opponents by 1 or more runs/game on the season, after scoring 2 runs or less 2 straight games.
88-44 since 1997.
66.7% (38.8 units)
St. Louis just had a day off, and they are 2-0 after a day off. They are averaging 5.9 runs per game in their last 7 games. Derek Lowe has an ERA of 9.37 in his last three starts. Wainwright's last two outings were his worst of the season, but St. Louis should win this one on the offensive side.
Tampa Bay...More of a fade against the struggling Orioles offense. Also:
Play Against
All teams when the money line is +125 to -125 (BALTIMORE)
after a loss by 2 runs or less against opponent after a loss by 8 runs or more
49-23 since 1997.
68.1% (26.3 units)
Good Luck everyone
