thanks Bucs, i didn't watch the game, but when i read the box score and seen only 1 earned run, then i read the play-by-play and seen that horrible 6th, but only seen that 1 error, it just confused me. i'm just always boggled by errors and how they get charged and the relation to the runs scored. I can't ever figure out how they charge errors sometimes. like you can have a guy bobble a routine ball sometimes and not get an error, but sometimes a guy can almost make a catch or play that would be an ESPN top 10 for the day if he made it, but he doesn't and gets an error, same as fielding throws, sometimes a guy can throw to first or second and the player will miss it or bobble it and the guy throwing will get the error and sometimes the guy catching it will get one. I guess it's just like pass interference in football or blocking/charging in basketball, it's just up to the judgment of the official.

Guys I am english can you explain this to me if a guy hits in a winning run for MInand its not a hommer but a second guy runs in after does it count eg the difference between 8-7 or 9-7..... Not a hommer I know that rule
