Granted my capping goggles are foggy lately, but
Buehrle is +141 against Fat Bart tomorrow?

    What?

Hoping the line falls so I can grab the Yanks at a decent price.

dude what are u talking about? Colon has pitched great so far this year...in long relief and as a starter...he only gave up 2 runs over 6+ innings vs the blue jays in his first start and has a 3.50 era...yankee hitters have seen buehrle alot andhave good averages against him

The Yankees have totaled seven hits in the series, but could find better success Wednesday. That's because Buehrle (1-2, 5.40 ERA) is 1-7 in 11 career starts against New York with a 6.68 ERA -- his worst mark against an AL team.New York is hitting .345 against him. Buehrle has had trouble with Mark Teixeira (.341), Derek Jeter (.371) and Nick Swisher has gone 10 for 22.

Yankee bats have struggled in this series -- just law of averages, given how many homers they were bombing early on.

Colon's been solid so far, yes, but do you honestly think he'll keep this run up? It's still Colon. The guy is 38 and hasn't been fully healthy in six years.

I know Buehrle hasn't beaten NYY in forever, but at +141, it might be worth a small play. Line just seems high given what's happened the first two games of this series and who's on the bump for NYY.

Buehrle has potentiol to limit the yankees but do u really see the white sox beating the yankees again? i mean this is the same white sox team that lost 9 of 10 before this series started. I look for the yankees to get back on track hear. I didnt bet on the yankees today knowing Floyd is good and Nova is a question mark but he actually did pitch good...this is the first time the yankees have lost 2 in a row all year and they will knock buehrle and the white sox pen around in game 3 of this 4 game series. CC is pitching game 4 so i see a series split.

Why not? Baseball is all about momentum, and the Sox suddenly have it. The Yanks were just shut down by Humber and Floyd of all people (BTW, Floyd isn't good; he's a mediocre No. 3 or 4 starter with a career ERA over 4.5).

Like I said, they were due to hit a cold spell, and I think we're seeing it.

it could happen because its baseball...but i think the white sox were a little bit lucky to win the first 2 games...i mean they scored 2 runs in game one and 3 runs in game two...their line up is still struggling and they were fortunate there pitching held up to allow them to win a couple close games with only a couple of runs in each

ive got some extra winnings from 2nd half Lakers -5.5 and red sox/orioles under 9 and under 5 first five...knew britton and bucholz would keep the game in check..orioles bull pen also pitched great...so i think ima do a yankee ml and red sox ml parlay...looking for both teams to rebound from losing...Beckett has pitched great, Guthrie is average and think the red sox line up will hit him.

Beckett, 5-2 with a 2.94 ERA lifetime at Baltimore, is 1-1 with a 1.71 ERA during his last three meetings with the Orioles (9-12) overall.Guthrie, 0-2 at home this season despite a 2.08 ERA, is 0-7 with a 6.32 ERA in his last nine starts against the Red Sox, during which he has given up 13 home runs in 52 2/3 innings. His 16 career homers allowed against Boston are tied for the most against any opponent. I'm thinking about doing a 3 team ml parlay with red sox ml, yankees ml, and angels ml

oddsmakers been accurately pricing these two dinosaurs almost 20 years

doubt they'll suddenly botch the line now
