I have roughly $20.40 in my 5dimes account, and I plan on turning that into $500 in 90 days hopefully. I will post all my plays into this post, and will use super tight money management in the beginning. I will be betting on MLB only during this run... I will keep my spreadsheet updated for all to see...

Before march madness i posted on the NCAA basketball forum that i had 155 pesos laying around in an old acct and that i would turn it into a good roll for bases...by bases season i had reached around 1500 i think...
IN MY OPINION, EVERYONE IS DIFF, but the money management comes later..to me, you gotta gun a few days to get up....
for example, if i were to begin all over again, i would look for two games today that you have a FIRM handle on..two games that dont have much attention drawn to them so you dont get swayed one way or the other..and i would bet 10 bucks on one and 10 on the other...if you win both and get to 40 by the end of the night then tomorrow do the same, 10 and 10, and hopefully you can get to 60...if you do then go from there..
i dunno..there is NO formula for doing something like this, but ive done it so many times..a good 3 or 4 times since two years ago..where i get 100 bucks and take it to a few thousand...
like i said, my current BR for bases is ALL that i earned these last two months..which is pretty substantial considering i only had 155 bucks! lol..

I've gotten down to less than a hundred and I'm trying to build it back up. One thing I always try is playing about 3-4 parlays. Some are three team and at least one is a 5 or 6 team/total. Hit a $1 parlay for $45 yesterday. Might be something you want to consider. The teams I used were the ones of a people I follow.Comment -
I believe you can do it. Twice my buddy has given up with $50 or less in his account and told me to have at it. First time started late July last year by end of bowl season cashed out at 2800 had it to 4000 but lost some on NBA instead of just staying with bowl games. He gave me it this time right before March madness got up over 500 then back down to 30 then hit a 9 teamer last week 5 to 1400 and just been steadily climbing up. Bol patience is good but also taking big risks have helped me.Comment -
I think it can be done, but I agree with Jorge1, you need to have money to make money and betting dollar bets will take you 9 years no 90 days. Nail a couple of solid plays and then make your run.
I personally prefer 2-3 game parlays since you can go under 500 and still come out with a fat bank roll at the end of the year, but you have to really be on your game because it's all or nothing!Comment -
I would consider increasing your Pirates bet if you are "feeling" it. As I posted in my thread:
"Washington's record is 2 Wins and 18 Losses for the last 2 seasons as a road underdog of +100 to +125. They are +101 today."

I turn small amounts into big money all the time. The only thing I can recommend is to bet only when you absolutely know that something is going to win. We all come across those types of plays all the time. Just wait for them and go all in.
The guy saying $20 won't get you anywhere is just a bad bettor. I've turned $50 into $12k in less than a week and turned $25 into $8k before.Comment -

Two schools of thought. Parlay or not to parlay. I say keep it simple. One or two big plays. No parlays.
I've actually done it several times. Documented here and everything. And gone on nasty runs.
