There is no site for most stats you have to look back at past pitcher games which I have done but teamrankings.com keeps stats on first inning scoring and other team related stats.

cleanup hitter is a good site in terms of how the stats are presented but would avoid as much as possible of basing your pick heavily on percentage of chance of scoring in the 1st inning thats calculated on that site
