Tier 1) Regular(solid chance at above 60% with decent line)
Tier 2) Value(just too much value as a dog to pass up. not concerned with win % as there will be some high dogs)
Tier 3) Chalk (may be a high line but we can parlay or expect 75% win clip)
Tier 4) Homies (home teams in NEED of a win)
Tier 5) Totals (reversion plays)
