It turns out that a majority of the plays are dawgs but that is not it exactly. It is a probabilty thing based on many other cappers. Even the best cappers in the world don't hit 60 percent right. Well basically what this system is, is when I notice a handicapping site or service that has been Hot like lets say they have hit more then 5 in a row. THe odds that the next play will be wrong. It is a little bit more complicated then just this but this is easiest way to explain it.
