Tonight in Baltimore, on national tv, we've got two of the leagues most inept 1st inning teams. Actually, I think they rank dead last and next to last. The Twins have seen only ONE run cross the plate in their 17 1st innings (thats 6%) while the Orioles have only managed to score twice in their 16 1st innings (thats 13%). Neither Blackburn or Britton have allowed a 1st inning run, and out of both teams last 6 games, there have been ZERO runs scored in the 1st inning. I'm banking on this trend to continue....

The Reds have seen a 1st inning score in 15 of their 18 games (83%) while the DBacks are right behind that at 69% (11 of 16). Hudson of the DBacks has given up a 1st inning run in his last 2 starts. And we get a YES at even money....Count me in!!

I would say yes to any game the Reds play. They always seem to play from behind.
