I'm not so sure bout the red sox to win, I have a feeling Carmona bounces back after getting rocked on opening day against the chisox. I like the total to stay under in this one. I think both Lester and Carmona will put on a pitching display and won't get too much run support to show for it. Jump on the fifth inning line under 4.5 if you can!

Whatever u do make sure u don't take the Red Sox @-180. They will get it together and possibly win today, but the risk right now is not even close to worth the return.
