    Another MLB 7-Pack Sunday (44-47, +0.17)
It was a rough 2-5 Saturday for me, leaving me just pennies in the black for the season. The BPS did slightly better at 4-5, and the system is now 23-19, +4.93 YTD. All 7 of my plays today are BPS plays, and there are two others for you guys to figure out , making 9 in all.

ALL Lines are from 5 Dimes except the A's:

    Yankees +102 *BPS*
    Marlins +116 *BPS*
    Rays +101 *BPS*
    Diamondbacks +145 *BPS*
    Athletics -123 (WSEX) *BPS*
    Philies -107 *BPS*
    White Sox -109 *BPS*

    YTD: 44-47, 48.4%, +0.17

I'm a bit curious why you don't use Matchbook, LT. You're on pace for approximately 350 bets for the season. Since Matchbook's lines are usually only 2 or 3 cents, you should consistently be getting about 3-4 points better on every bet. If you were to just break even on your bets through 5 Dimes and WSEX for the rest of the year, you'd be up a little more than 4 units using Matchbook.

Ah but I DO use Matchbook!

I just don't like to list those lines for grading purposes beacause they are "man made" if you will, and prefer to list the best lines available from conventional books where the lines are made by bookmakers.

Besides, sometimes at the time I post, the 5 Dimes nickel lines are actually better than MB after commission.

I now have No Action on D-Backs because of pitching changes, so it won't count on my personal record here. However, it does still count toward BPS record.

LT, I commend you for not using Matchbook lines! I really think the right thing to do is post from a traditional sportsbook. Even if one doesn't have an account at all of these books, posting lines from Pinnacle, WSEX, 5dimes, and any other major book should still let you get some good lines and keep posted records valid and honest.
