Red Sox set to win their first game tonight.
Matsuzaka was a staff-best 5-1 when pitching after a Red Sox loss last season. Perhaps more importantly, he allowed one run and nine hits over 16 innings to win both of his starts against the Indians, continuing his run of dominance in this series.

The right-hander is 4-1 with a 2.34 lifetime ERA versus Cleveland (2-2). He's been nearly unhittable in two starts - both wins - at Progressive Field, limiting the Indians to four hits over 15 scoreless innings.

CBS Sports brings you live coverage, scoring, expert picks and stats for the MLB matchup between Boston Red Sox and Cleveland Guardians on April 6, 2011

Who cares if they win or not.

You are laying 154 on a road fav.

who cares where the game is ? there were like 2000 people at
the game in Cleveland last night. There is no park layout
advantage for them either. Laying 154 is not even a big spread
as MLB favorites go. One side has to win, if you see "value" in
the Indians, and the Red Sox at 0-5, and Dice-K's domination of
Cleveland to end, then place your bets, but there's no reason to tell
me to retire just for laying -154 on a MLB game.

I am rarely a chalk bettor but I think laying -150 here is a good investment. Talbot is going to get wrecked. 7-3 final SOX

Got to go with tribe 2nite - last April Talbot faced 4 good teams, 26 innings 2.1 era - odds for Home team are 2 good for that.

How can you not like the BoSox who are 0-4? I have no doubt there may be better bets out there however this is the Indians.

guess theyve got to win sometime. but trusting bosox bats that got 3 hits off of world beater josh tomlin last night is a bit risky. sox look right now like they could care less. hope crawford breaks out. he is pressing big time, and it even affected his defense last night.

Last night's effort by the Sox was downright pitiful. I can't foresee another loss to the cast of Major League. The Indians are pitiful.

Would love to live in Boston right now, and hear the radio shows talk about how the season is over... blah blah blah.

i guess i'm done betting on the sox. i can't afford this, and they don't have the pitchers, and big pappi is an easy out these days, and kevin youkilis can't even do a sac fly.
