if you would see the entire at bat you would have thought he should be able to go delmon young on his blue wearing azz....joe wests' crew always seems to be under the impression people are paying $$$ to see them rather then the players. the ump baited him on strike 2 and finished the job on strike 3. hopefully, someday, MLB will hold the umpires accountable for their calls and behavior for them being jackoffs...........

Nonsense. The ump, although he may have made questionable calls, was nothing but professional in the face of Upton acting like an uncaged animal.

look at the entire sequence and pay attention to strikes 2 & 3 and imagine how a professional at his craft can be so fukking hideous. admittedly i'm a rays fan, but he set him up and bj bit. also as a ray fan i'm familiar with the animosity between this crew and the rays.......

I'm not saying that those weren't bad calls. The final strike wasn't bad...called a strike often. But if he's gonna give the pitcher the outside corner he can't call the inside like that as well.

That still doesn't absolve Upton for his reaction. That was ridiculous.

But if I was a Rays fan, or Upton, I'd be pretty frustrated.

Got a question for you Greek....anyone else feel free to weigh in as well. When playing totals do you always bet the best number you can get, regardless of odds? For example, today I played an over that I got at 7 for -135, it was also available at 7.5 for -105. Is there a point when you're better off in the long run giving up the half point because the odds are so different?
