The post where I answered about the pitching change never got posted, having a lot of issues with this site today.

The reason it's considered a pitching change is that prior to yesterday's game being postponed, there was no double header, and Carrasco / Lowe were not listed as pitching in a game on Saturday.

Once they added a game and made today a double-header, they had to list it as a pitching change, even though it's the same pitchers that were scheduled for yesterday.
