Yeah, Pinnacle does not offer 1st inning bets. From looking at Bookmaker it appears they do not either... atleast they do not have this option for opening day. Unless they put these lines out the day of the game.

bm usually around noon-2pm eastern even on sunday

tho this year they been putting the NHL score first up earlier (compared to other years) so maybe they'll do the same for MLB

nevermind pinny is offering mlb props now, they didn't last year

dunno if its just for opening day or for the whole year

Sometimes they show up a little later in the season, at least that's what it felt like for 5D for 1st inning/player props.
