    Long Season For Red Sox?
Bobby Jenks just gave up 6 runs to Twins scrubs.

I agree, I would be surprised if Boston ever uses this weirdo in any situation this season other than mop up duty. He was trash with Chicago, so he can only be worse pitching in a city that actually cares about baseball. He will fail, he always has.

As much as I want to see Boston win this year, I want more to watch Jenks' blow every consecutive appearance he is given by the Red Sox until they dump him off to someone else. No lead is ever safe with this trash, just ask anyone from Chicago. If this mutt thinks he heard boo's in Chicago, he ain't seen, or heard, nothing yet.

Too many new players that will feel pressure unlike they have felt in the other markets they played in. Also Beckett and Lackey will be looked up to as leaders, and will probably throw far too many tomatoes to the big league hitters. I don't think they win over 95+ games.

Yea, Pitching was suspect last year. Don't know why they took this guy on. As stated above, he was terrible in Chicago, he's out of shape, and just looked plain bad tonight.

Good thing he's like the 4th or 5th option in the pen.

He got smashed by the red sox minor leaguers yesterday. I don't know what the context was though.

this year's red sox team is loaded. remember the 1st, 2nd, cf, lf, were all injured last year. plus they added carl crawford and a. gonzalez. the starting pitching is as good as anyones in AL. bard and papelbon for your 8th and 9th innings is liveable. the rest of the bullpen if used properly may not be that bad. jenks not a factor if wheeler delivers. they will score runs!!

They have enough money to buy whomever they need. They will be in the playoffs. Long season for Boston, try being a Pirates fan.

their whole lineup seems to be struggling in the Spring Trainig, i got a push betting on them today but guys like youk, varitek, ortiz and crawford are playing poor baseball. Hopefullly they can turn it around in the regular season

They might, but I don't see them just turning it right on immediately. It will take a bit, then watch out.
