Red Sox 6-8 on road this season..

    10 day-10 game Schedule includes

Detroit Tigers (4 Games) May 5th-8th
Minnesota Twins (4 Games) May 9th-12th
Baltimore Orioles (2 Games) May 13th-14th

Detroit Tigers explosive offense and capable.
    Minnesota Twins 11-6 @ Home
    Baltimore Orioles 10-6 @ Home

Could profit even if we go 4-6 on this.. If we go 5-5 or better I'm expecting profit..

Would like your thoughts on this.. Thanks

I think I'd look at the pitching matchups and play the games accordingly.

I am another you could fade right now. 0-5 in my last 5, a four day period.

I was actually liking the Red Sox on Monday.

if you did 10 team parlays and had 20 of them for a given day every day . you look at the teams written down (that you are keying on , combo style) . you slowly but surely would learn to cross out the lame teams one by one because you know they could kill your parlay . is no different doing single wagers trying to catch someone in a rut .
you would not want to be going against the rsox , you would leave the rsox on your ticket (as a rule everytime if you do this every day) because they are one of the elite . YOU WOULD REMOVE the dumb ass teams as a rule (if you do this every day ) that's the key , if you do it every day , stick with best teams catch them on winning streak , dont look for the best to go on losing streak unless it is late season and doesn't matter or unless they lose key starters and closer . you know this .

month of may should not be a down month for boston , nothing points to that really .

RSOX WERE 20 - 6 IN THE MONTH OF MAY LAST YEAR . that would be nough said without the parlay talk yes .

                    imgv,

I can't play on or against a team for a block of games like you always do, as every game has to be capped individually. That said, the Red Sox are usually overvalued, so generally speaking, this might not be the worst idea. And their bullpen has sucked this year too. If the Twins are still in the top 10 in bullpen ERA when that Red Sox series rolls around, I hope you win all four games fading Boston.

Thought about it and I just can't fade them yet.. Tigers are cold and Red Sox are hot.. I might start soon though. Maybe a 8-9 game small fade.

Hmm I just don't understand the mentality behind fading them. They are certainly more likely to get hotter than colder compared to how they are currently playing. This is a team that has not lost any key personnel. What would make you think that they are suddenly not capable of winning (or even sweeping) a series against both the Orioles and Twins. As far as the Tigers series goes, I guess that could go either way. But this is a championship team that has lost no major functioning parts of the cog...

They are on the road, playing good capable home teams.

And they are a team that has proven to be more capable than any of them in the recent years both at home and on the road. This isn't a team that is notorious for losing road games and essentially nothing has changed. If I were looking to fade a team over a stretch of games, it would be a team that I felt was overperforming so far this season. It wouldn't be a championship team that has a marginal away record up to this point. They seem to be slightly underperforming on the road right now - something that in all likelihood will not continue for an extended period of time.

Took the Sox today, and will be on them again tomorrow playing a streak angle. Sox winners of 3+ while Tigers are losers of 3+ straight.

When these two situations meet face on, I'll make a play everytime (almost)
