Cox must be getting old.

Why was Accosta batting in the top of the 12th, and why did he start his third inning of relief in the bottom of the 12th?

I wasn't watching the game, but was following it online. I thought for sure their would have been a PH around, and if not, I thought after the FIRST walk he would've replaced him.

Does anybody know what the hell happened at the end of that game?
