The O's are the dog here. While they should be the underdog, they shouldnt be this big a dog! I see these 2 teams as evenly matched. But Cabrera is in better form than Vasquez right now. Cabrera as been as close to dominant as you will see in his last few starts. If the O's were home they would be the favorite in this one. Which tells me that the value is with them as a +130 underdog here. If Cabrera doesn't walk the ballpark, the O's will score enough runs against Vasquez to win this.
