He's a monster. Royals had no answer and were whiffing all night. I watched this game on MLB.com and it saddened me to see Big Blue get embarassed by this man. He looks like an early Cy contender.

I am not sure if the Royals were really that bad or if Lee was that good. Maybe a little bit of both. The Royals hitting has sucked all year. Its pretty evident now their little run early was more luck of getting some decent name teams that were still in Spring Training. Sadly though, I may take the Royals tomorrow with Grenicke at -105. He has the ability to completely shut down a team similiar to Lee tonight.

I have him on my fantasy team and was going to start shopping him, but he has made a believer out of me. What he is doing is simple; pounding the strike zone and getting ahead of batters. He only has 2 BBs on the season! Better hitting teams then what he has faced will result in mediocre and bad games down the stretch, but he isn;t giving p anything for free - and it is working.

agree.... this is the same cliff lee that was sent to the minors last year and left for dead. He's pulling a little Chris Shelton from last year in having great numbers throughout april. If he can hold this form for 1 more start then definatly a keeper, unless u can somehow ship him off for a Webb or Peavy, in which case i would
