Well guys that's the end of the 2011 regular season for baseball for my thread. We started out very slow being down -41 units going into early July. I then took some time off and then was able to turn it around. The final #'s 208-193 for plus +101.63 units.! Last season was my first here @ SBR and our 2 year record : 5 games under .500 for +151.63 units. I hope some of you newer cappers were able to learn something about cappin baseball. Don't get me wrong I don't know it all and my style of cappin is one of many. I still have a "problem" of being a little too conservative, again another year without a 3 team reverse and just 2 top plays of 6 units(2-0) and even last season only 3 top plays of 5 units(2-1). I hope some made $ and I hope to do this again next season.!!!......................Best of luck to all.!!Comment -

CT, Hey thanks a lot for sharing your picks and being a good guy on this site. Congrats on a great year and your conservativism and discipline are probably one of the reasons you turned around that -41 to the +100 units. Thanks for the insights and next year I hope to pick your brain and learn more about how you cap. One thing for sure, there were many big underdogs that you picked and I wasn't sure why, but I would check the score later and see that you got that win. I didn't always get on the site in time to follow your picks, but I was always happy to see that you and the thread had won. Take care. Fly
Oh and our football team is now 5-0 with a big region rival up tonight. This will be one of those games when we play all out at 100 mph from the beginning to the end of the game. I say that becasue many of our other games we had a commanding lead at the end of the first half so took starters out for the 2nd half. Now we are at a point that we need starters to play a whole game to check on our conditioning and to get ready for those games that we might not be so far ahead at half time. I am not saying we are going to win tonight, but that if it is close or it is a blow out on their end or our end, we will play all out with the starters till the end of the game. We need to see if they can handle it.Comment -

CappinTerp, this has been, without doubt, my most profitable and enjoyable season, thanks, in great part, to you. All is well but my aggies have cost me the last few games, so down on my funds. In HS football we are getting ready for state playoffs and our team is looking really good, hope we can continue.
