All Nl All The Time (4/21-4/27)
Horrible week. Looking to get back on track.

PIT/FLA Over 9.5 Think both of these teams can hit, and both of these pitchers are known for giving up the runs. Don't know who will win, but I look for at least 10 runs out of this one.

    Last Week 1-4 (-3.2)
    YTD 5-8 (-3.4)

    Going with another total early.

MIL/STL UNDER 9 (-120) Both pitchers are decent, and I have a slight lean toward STL, but just feel that neither team will light up the scoreboard, and we could be looking at a 1-1 or 2-2 tie going into the eighth.

    This week 1-0 (+1.0)
    YTD 6-8 (-2.4)

Fortunately, I faded my own post and actually played the over. Was going to change my post, but didn't get the time. I'll take the hit regardless.

WAS (+175) Mets are not hitting, especially Beltran and Delgado. Redding is better than Lilly, and Lilly made the Mets look like an average hitting squad. Santana pitched well last time out, but I feel WAS will be on a bit of a high tonight after beating Smoltz.

      1-1 this week (-.2)
      6-9 (-3.6)

CIN (-165) Its more juice than I like, but I think under the cicumstances, this should win. Hou is on a 4 game win streak, but is starting Rodriguez's replacement. Cuerto has averaged 4 hits a start against decent hitting teams (MIL, ARZ, PIT) Getaway day for CIN, and a win for the new GM is in order.

          This week 1-2 (-1.2)
          YTD 6-10 (-4.6)

Cincy pick is solid I think. As a long time Astros fan, they really seem to struggle the first time they face a pitcher which is the case today with Cueto. Cassel couldn't make the 'Stros craptacular rotation in spring training, so better pitcher SHOULD win out.

I like the tigers. If I was the angels I would be concerned with Santana and how long he can go. Remember he went 8 innnings last start against seattle and threw 109 pitches. His last two starts against the tigers at coamerica park were 2 losses 9-0 and 12-0. The angels had a more difficult series against a short-handed red sox team. The tigers had a cake walk against the rangers. I am fading out 3-0 pitchers and therefore am fading out Santana for a loss and Robertson for a win. Overperforming pitchers cannot maintain winning streaks in baseball. Santana does not have big winning streaks in his short career. The oddsmaker have made the tigers a modest favorite (-115) fearing that the tigers are going to win. Santana is not an elite pitcher and probably will never be. He does not get much love from the oddsmakers. If the angels were favored (-115), there would so much action on the tigers on the ML. Even the run line brings in +180. That is why the line is set at Detroit -118. I am all over the tigers on the ML and even the run line.

For plus action, the best bet is to take the pirates +103. I also like the brewers, dbacks over 7 and cubs over 9. ALso like the redsox mL and Runline.

Well, after much deliberation, I've decided to go with my first choice.

PIT (EVEN) Think Duke will be strong against a lineup missing some key components.

                        Adding

ARI/SD OVER 7 (-120) One of these teams will probably score 8 on their own.

                          GL negataur,

Arz/ SD total of 7 just baffles me. Same pitchers were matched 5 days ago and total went way over but that game only had 2 runs thru 5 full innings. Yea i know it's a 9-inning game but both are capable of keeping it very low scoring. Different Park, home and Home situation, and both pitchers pitched quite well despite the final score. Definite no play for me so I'm definitely rooting for you.
Pirates need to wake up for you, they are just not in this game at all. Luckily it's still early though, but 4 runs is alott.

Out of your list of early possible games, i was liking Hou/ STL over 9.5 but decided to go with FL/ Milw 9 Over even.
