I'm looking for the %age of MLB games that are decided by 3 or more runs. In the past few years it seems that close to 27-28% of games are being decided by one run. But how many games in the past few years have been decided by 3 runs or more.

I don't know. Certain folks will tell you to avoid at all costs. I disagree. Find the value and hammer it. For instance, Milwaukee at -1.5 today is +195; they've beaten Cincy two straight times by three runs and two runs.
My guess is quite a high percentage of games are won by 3+ runs.
