Wow...how many more boneheaded decisions by Girardi are going to cost the Yanks games? He left Wang in there in the 5th after Wang gave up six straight hits without getting anybody out! He was trying to get Wang the win, instead, he cost his team 6 RUNS and possibly the game.
Girardi has no business being in that dugout. He's not fit to man the third-base coach job.

Girardi did the same stupid sh*t in Florida. His in-game management is awful at best.
He's a good motivator but a good team got him NL Manager of the Year not his decision making skills.

In Maddux's Cy Young years (1992-1995) he stuck out a lot of people. 199 in 1992, 197 in 1993, 156 in 1994, and 181 in 1995. Thats a good amount of strikeouts.
Wang averages 3.86 k's per 9 innings, while Maddux has never had a season where he averaged less than 4.40 k per 9 innings, and 6.11 k's per 9 innings for his career.

Yeah he had a crappy game but he's still a good pitcher. Happens to the best of them.

Here we go again Austin. You keep harping on how many Wins Wang has the last two years. As I have said a million times, wins is the WORST stat to use when comparing pitchders.
Give it up dude, Wang is NOT one of the 10 best pitchers in baseball. Even comparing him to Maddux in his prime is laughable. Maddux found a way to win 2-1 and 3-2 games. Wang relies on the Yankees giving him run support.
