Prop: will Miguel Cabrera get suspended?

Bodog has "Will the Detroit Tigers or Major League Baseball suspend Miguel Cabrera for at least 1 game of the 2011 Regular Season as a result of his recent DUI charge?" at Yes -150 and No +110. Any thoughts on this? I'm liking "No" at better-than-even odds.

Theres no way hes getting suspended. Dombrowski is in a contract year and cant afford to do anything that may influence the win column.

FOX Sports' Ken Rosenthal reports that Miguel Cabrera will not be suspended right away and probably not at all.
