Pedro might only be the 5th best starter on that team at this point in his career. Santana is unquestionably #1. Perez & Pelfrey have been looking good and while Maine is off to a slow start his potential outweighs Pedro's at this point. I think we all knew that the days of Pedro being a top pitcher have been over for some time now anyway.
