david ortiz sucks. the guy couldn't hit an elephant in the ass within 5 yards with a fukn bazooka. in case you missed it red sox had runners on 1st and 2nd with no outs and oritz hits into a double play, then ramirez flies out. ortiz is hitting under .070, christ he sucks this year.

really have to question the coaching...that has to be the most ignorant coaching move i have seen in this short year...possibly in a lot longer than that...that is pretty much text book. walk the team's best hitter with 1b open and 2 outs "late" in the game with a 1 run lead...torre would have walked him no questions asked.Comment -

disagree. anytime you even pitch to manny there's a chance he can hit it a mile. moose is disciplined enough to throw a ball if he wants to...maybe moose wanted to pitch to him...but it's girardi's responsibility as manager to make the decision to walk him...the pitcher is always gonna want to pitch to someone. if girardi can't be man enough and make these types of decisions he shouldn't be manager.Comment -
