It's kind of old news but I haven't seen anyone talk about it. When this guy is on he has one of the best stuff on the league, if he can control his emotions, this is a fukking bargain.

    Great move by the marlins.

I like this move a lot as well. A decent amount of scratch to put up, but I actually think they may have gotten bargain too.

I also like the Marlins' signing of John Buck earlier this offseason. Great catcher, who can provide some pop to the lineup.

this was on ESPN daily trivia last week

it was something like "Which pitcher did the Marlins sign yesterday to a three year deal worth $26.5 million?"

Good signing. With a FIP of 3.7, 3.8, and 3.8 and K/9 of 8+, He should be great signing.

Looking to be the all time Marlin win leader:

. RHP Ricky Nolasco will attempt to take sole possession of the Marlins' record for career wins when he faces RHP Brandon Beachy (4-1), who leads the major leagues with his 1.60 ERA, on Thursday night. Nolasco (4-1) is tied with Dontrelle Willis at 68 wins.
