is Hermanson on your fantasy team or something?
Jenks clearly is the closer of the future and proved he can handle the role in the playoffs. Hermanson was spectacular last year but I also would prefer him to setup Jenks. Especially with his chronic back problems.

Dan is thinking with his bankroll, not with is loyalty to a team.
Im with him on this one, Id rather see Hermanson in the closing roll, Jenks seems to be a better guy for the job, and thats not good for us.

thats really all that matters to me. loyalty can not interfer with your capping at all, or your doomed.

Thats right. No way do I let a favorite team of mine get in the way of capping a game. If you do, then your just setting yourself up for a disappointing wager.

When healthy Hermanson is very effective, so I am still confused.

Jenks was certainly the odds-on favorite to get the nod, especially at this stage. But I'm not going to etch Jenks' name in stone for the job just yet considering how many other closers Guillen has 'named' before, and then either changed his mind or had his mind changed for him.

Good point because last year Takatsu was the closer to start the season and we all know happened two months into the season.
